Employment Discrimination: Know Your Rights Presentation

Last Date:
Tuesday, May 17, 2016 -
12:00am to 1:30am

Staff from the DC Office of Human Rights, DC's civil rights enforcement agency, will provide a “Know Your Rights” presentation to ensure you can identify employment discrimination and know how to file a complaint if it occurs. We will also discuss the Fair Criminal Record Screening Amendment Act, which prevents most employers from asking about criminal backgrounds until after a conditional job offer is made.

RSVP (optional) at anacostiaemploymentmay2016.eventbrite.com.
