This form, updated on May 23, 2024, contains a listing of each Language Access Coordinator who represents one of the thirty-nine (39) agencies presently identified by name in the DC Language Access Act of 2004 (“LAA”) and its regulations as a “covered entity with major public contact,” as well as each of the three Language Access Consultative Agencies. If you have specific questions, feedback or concerns for a particular agency regarding their implementation of the LAA and resources they have available, please feel free to contact the agency’s Coordinator. Feel free to also contact the Language Access Program at OHR if you have any questions regarding “language access” in the District of Columbia or regarding a particular District agency.
