Respectful Conduct Required

OHR does not tolerate abusive, harassing, or threatening conduct toward its staff. Such behavior may result in removal from the premises, restricted access to services, dismissal of a case, or legal action.

Source of Income Discrimination Is Prohibited

Under the DC Human Rights Act, housing providers may not deny housing based on how you pay rent -including through Housing Choice Vouchers, SSI, or other forms of rental assistance. Learn more in the full notice.
