The D.C. Office of Human Rights (OHR) and the D.C. Mayor’s Office of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Questioning Affairs (MOLGBTQA) worked together to develop this guide to serve as an educational resource for District employees and for the public as they begin to engage more regularly in conversations about gender, gender identity, and gender expression in the workplace and in our communities.
