This position is located in the District of Columbia Office of Human Rights (OHR), Commission on Human Rights (Commission). The Commission on Human Rights serves as the adjudicators of those claims after OHR has investigated and made a probable cause finding. The Chief Administrative Law Judge is responsible for initiating, formulating, planning, executing, directing, and controlling the overall functioning of the Commission Office, to include supervising administrative law judges, advising the Chair of the Commission, the General Counsel and the Director of OHR on various legal matters.
