Doing criminal background checks during the hiring process can get complicated if you don't know the rules. Come learn some of the dos and don'ts with staff from the DC Office of Human Rights, DC's civil rights enforcement agency, who will review the Fair Criminal Record Screening Amendment Act requirements and answer questions. This training is intended for DC business owners, hiring managers, HR professionals, temp agencies, supervisors, etc.
