The Mayor’s Office of Deaf, Deaf-Blind, and Hard of Hearing and the Mayor’s Office of LGBTQ Affairs will be hosting Express Out Loud for those will with a disability to express themselves through poetry and other artistic expression. In summary the event will be highlighting the deaf disabled community to share their passions and communities.
