At this free training for DC business owners, hiring managers, supervisors, and HR staff, staff from the DC Office of Human Rights(OHR), DC's civil rights enforcement agency, will provide an overview of DC's legal protections based on gender identity/expression and OHR's enforcement process for discrimination complaints based on gender identity.  OHR staff will also provide some best practices for providing a workplace that is welcoming to trans and gender non-conforming employees.
