Join the DC Office of Human Rights, Seattle Office of Civil Rights and the San Francisco Commission on Human Rights for a webinar that explores enforcement strategies for effectively implementing "ban the box" or Fair Chance laws.
Hosted by the National Employment Law Project and the National League of Cities, panelists will share best practices for robustly enforcing these laws despite challenges, including limited budgets. From the government agency perspective, learn about strategies for stakeholder management, proactive compliance, effective community-based outreach and data collection. Panelists will present for one hour. After the hour, panelists will take questions from audience members who wish to participate in the additional 30 minute segment designated for Q&A.
