DC's civil rights laws protect reasonable accommodations in the workplace based on disability, pregnancy, and religion.  At this workshop, staff from the DC Office of Human Rights, DC's civil rights enforcement agency, will discuss best practices in handling reasonable accommodations requests and answer questions.  This training is intended for DC business owners, hiring managers, HR professionals, ADA coordinators, supervisors, etc.
