The District of Columbia Office of Human Rights and Office of the Tenant Advocate will present a series of workshops during April 2009 in celebration of Fair Housing Month. Each workshop will include a presentation by the Office of Human Rights on fair housing issues, including discrimination and reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities. The Office of the Tenant Advocate will present information on tenant rights.
A workshop will be held in various locations throughout the District of Columbia. Participants can choose to attend a workshop most convenient for their schedules and location. The workshops will be held on:
