At this workshop, staff from the DC Office of Human Rights, DC's civil rights enforcement agency, will explain protections for pregnant workers, including new rights to workplace accommodations and discrimination issues.  OHR will also explain protections for jobseekers who are currently unemployed, including protection from discrimination based on the jobseekers' status as unemployed.
