The Office of Human Rights and specifically, the Language Access Program, is proud to announce the publication of a revised Chapter 12, Language Access Act, of Title IV of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations. The revised chapter details a number of changes including the responsibilities of DC government agencies and changes to the complaint/review process. The general public, including government employees (managers and staff) are free to provide feedback during the comment period that ends July 15, 2013. The revised chapter is available below in both PDF and Word document formats. All written comments should be sent to the Language Access Director, Monica Palacio at [email protected].
