Arrested Development is an American alternative hip hop group that formed in Atlanta in 1988. It was founded by Speech and his then best friend Headliner as a positive, Afrocentric alternative to the gangsta rap popular in the early 1990s.
Awards: The group won two Grammy Awards in 1993 for Best New Artist and Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group, and were also named Band of the Year by Rolling Stone magazine. 3 Years, 5 Months & 2 Days in the Life Of... was the number-one album in the Village Voice's 1992 Pazz and Jop Critic's Poll and in The Wire's 1992 Critic's choice.
Top Songs: Tennessee, People Everyday, Revolution, Mr. Wendal, Ease My Mind
Genres: Grunge, Hip-Hop, ska, and party classics from the naughty '90s.
Stifler's Mom is a cover band that explores rock and pop culture’s final decade of the 20th century. They sample music from artist like No Doubt, Pearl Jam, Spice Girls and B.I.G.
Each of their shows comes complete with stage props, costume changes, movie clips, and 90’s soundbytes.
Don’t miss out! It’s gonna be all that and a bag of chips!
