This is the fourth meeting of the Eligibility, Enrollment, and Churn Working Group.  The group will discuss methods to mitigate the effect on enrollees of churn between Medicaid and QHPs.   The group will also hold final votes on recommendations to the Executive Board on items discussed at prior meetings.
