(Washington, DC) – On Sunday, April 14th, H Street Main Street was presented with a 2013 Great American Main Street Award® (GAMSA) recognizing accomplishments in revitalizing the nation’s historic Main Street commercial districts.  Each year, the National Trust for Historic Preservation’s National Main Street Center recognizes exceptional Main Street communities whose successes serve as a model for comprehensive commercial district revitalization.
