The Department of General Services (“Department” or “DGS”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit proposals from renewable energy developers interested in the development of a new wind and/or solar power project from which the Department would purchase approximately 150,000 MWh of energy, including the associated Renewable Energy Credits, on an annual basis.
