Danielle M. St. Germain-Gordon - Ward 7
Danielle St. Germain-Gordon has been a District resident since 1998 and has resided in Ward 7 since 2005. St. Germain-Gordon served as vice president for Institutional Advancement at the American Association of Museums (AAM) from April 2008 through March 2011. While at AAM, she focused on increasing both earned and contributed revenues for the association while enhancing collaborations both domestically and internationally. In her first two years at AAM, St. Germain-Gordon increased contributions by more than 500 percent.
Prior to joining AAM, she served as the associate director of development at Washington, DC’s (LORT B) Shakespeare Theatre Company from 2000–2008. While there, St. Germain-Gordon was tasked with securing funding for an $89 million capital campaign to build the Harman Center for the Arts, which opened in November 2007.
St. Germain-Gordon is currently chief development officer at Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater in Washington, DC. She holds a bachelor's degree in humanities with an art history focus and a studio art minor from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California.
